Hi Angeline: I had a wonderful time. Shamira is fantastic and her students
were wonderful. In fact everything was wonderful; the people, the food,
the atmosphere. You put on the best events. Thank you. I was
absolutely thrilled when Shamira danced to the first part of Mauktaub, that's
one of my absolute favorite songs on the El Clon CD. I can't wait for your
next event; that blue and green bra and belt have my name on them, even if
Sonjirey tried them on.

Hi Angeline,
My husband is still raving about the food (we'll definitely be back). He lived
in Bahrain many years ago and has loved Middle Eastern food since then. I grew
up with Armenian neighbors, so I developed a love for shishkebob at an early
age. We're both Eastern European (he's Slovenian and I'm Polish so go figure.)
This stuff sure beats pierogi!
We both also agreed that the dance floor was such an amazing cross section of
age, race, color and gender, all just having a ball. Shamira deserves so much
credit for setting the tone of the party.
Robina and I would love to take class with Shamira, so we'll be watching for her
fall schedule or any workshops. I'll also be checking with the Star for
Shamira's dance schedule there.
Next time - maybe live music?!? ;-)

Yesterday was the most fun I've ever had
at a Hafla. I want to particularly
thank both of you for being so attentive to the dancers and making us feel
